None, RAM (520 KB SRAM) and flash (4 MB QSPI) are both fixed on this board · The RP2350 supports external QSPI PSRAM in silicon, but the Pico 2 W board does not populate it, unlike some third-party RP2350 boards. Storage and memory are whatever shipped.
